Good Morning!

Literacy:

Mystery Words (or letters) – Write words on white paper with a white crayon. Students paint over the words with watercolors to make the mystery words appear. To switch things up, encourage your child to print the letters or words and YOU paint overtop to discover the words.

Our last of the first 25 most frequently used sight words are :  at, one, have, this

Animal Update!

Our ducklings have settled into their new home at the Country Club Pet Resort.  Look how happy they are and how much space they have to grow!

Math:

What is CAPACITY????

Using a variety of different sized and shaped containers, explore capacity!!!!  Put on your rain gear, take a pail of water outside and explore how much water it takes to fill up the containers.  Which container holds the most amount of water?  Which holds the least?  Can you put your containers in order from the container that has the greatest capacity to the one that holds the least?
